| Job Description: | 1）Procurement contract registration management statistics, daily updates and reports on sales contract signing, invoice follow-up, payment collection, payment time reminders and other procurement affairs management; 2）Assist superiors in preparing project quotations, drafting procurement contracts, stamping and receiving them; 3）Assist superiors in handling daily affairs and coordinating with relevant departments, and provide timely feedback on the progress of the process; 4）Understand the characteristics of the purchased products, assist superiors in meeting with manufacturers or partners, and record information; 5）Regularly follow up on contract delivery status, adjust delivery status according to implementation progress, or provide feedback to superiors; 6）Assist superiors in completing product closure after placing orders (product configuration list, service letter, authorization documents, etc.); 7）Complete other temporary or unexpected tasks arranged by superiors; |
| Basic Requirements: |
1）Familiar with the use of Office software (especially Excel and Word), able to efficiently process information and summarize data; 2）Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in computer science, supply chain management, logistics, business, or related fields; 3）More than 1 year of work experience in the same or similar position; Excellent fresh graduates can also be considered; 4）Responsible, strong learning and execution abilities, proactive in work, and capable of withstanding pressure; 5）Experience in inventory management is preferred; 6）Priority given to those with good written and oral English communication skills; 7）Priority given to those with rich knowledge of IT equipment (main hardware); |
| Salary and benefits: | The national regulations stipulate five social insurances, one housing fund, and 13 months' salary; |
