| Job Description: | 1) Sales contract registration management statistics, daily updates and reports on sales contract signing, invoicing, collection, expiration date and other sales transaction management; 2) Assist the sales manager in preparing project quotations, preparing bidding documents, drafting sales contracts and stamping them for shipping, and coordinating sales affairs such as issuing contract invoices; 3) Assist the sales manager in handling daily business opportunities and cooperate with relevant departments, and provide timely feedback on process progress; 4) Understand the characteristics of sales products, assist sales in visiting customers, handle customer follow-up and project feedback in existing projects; 5) Regularly follow up on contract delivery status based on sales follow-up of small customer project order requirements; And make corresponding adjustments based on the implementation progress feedback; 6) Assist the project manager in project management and tracking and organizing inspection reports, creating receipts, project acceptance forms, service forms, and following up on signed documents; 7) Execute and complete other temporary tasks arranged by superiors; |
| Basic Requirements: |
1) Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of relevant work experience (excellent candidates or Japanese and English majors may be appropriately relaxed); 2) Proficient in operating office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc; 3) Good customer communication and business processing skills, team spirit and stress resistance, diligent and meticulous work; 4) Those with outstanding requirements mentioned above can accept fresh graduates; 5) Priority will be given to those with a C1 driver's license; 6) Priority is given to majors in Japanese and English, marketing, computer science, etc; |
