| Job Description: | 1）Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies; 2）Lead the project team, including technical experts, suppliers, and customer representatives, to ensure efficient collaboration among team members; 3）Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure that project outcomes meet their business goals; 4）Monitor project progress, adjust plans in a timely manner to respond to changes, and ensure project completion on schedule; 5）Manage project budget, control costs, and ensure project economic benefits; 6）Identify and address issues and risks during project execution; 7）Ensure the completeness and accuracy of project documents, including requirements documents, design documents, testing plans, and user manuals; 8）Promote process improvement and technological innovation to enhance project management efficiency and the quality of project outcomes; 9）Regularly report project status to management, including progress, cost, and risk; |
| Basic Requirements: |
1）Computer science, information technology or related fields; 2）At least 5 years of IT project management experience, with a background in system integration projects; Priority will be given to those who hold PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management professional qualifications certification; 3）Familiar with IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, virtual machines, operating systems, mid-range pricing, and other related knowledge and system integration technologies; 4）Strong leadership skills that can motivate and guide team members; 5）Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and clients from different backgrounds; 6）Capable of working under pressure and possessing the ability to solve complex problems; 7）Good written and oral English communication skills; |
