| Job Description: | 1）On site customer service, cooperate with the infrastructure IT personnel of Party A to carry out IT operation and maintenance work for business systems; 2）Cooperate with Party A to complete Dynatrace The related work of APM monitoring software, such as version upgrades and patch maintenance, dashboard production, configuration, and adjustment, regular maintenance of K8S images, verification and implementation of new versions of images, diagnosis and repair of daily problems; 3）Cooperate with Party A to manage SSL certificates, create SSL certificates and manage certificates; 4）Cooperate with Party A to carry out daily operation and maintenance work such as installation and configuration of Linux servers; |
| Basic Requirements: |
1）Familiar with Linux operating system, with over 1 year of Linux operation and maintenance experience; 2）Familiar with monitoring and log management software, with at least experience in operating mainstream software such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc; 3）Mastering the basic knowledge of middleware, familiarity with SSL certificates is preferred; 4）Proficient in English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or above; 5）Strong pressure bearing ability, hardworking spirit, independent work ability, and teamwork spirit; 6）Accept overtime and on-site work from clients; 7）Experience in financial customer operation and maintenance is preferred; |
