Job description: Responsible for providing the company's daily contact, issuing various administrative orders, tracking, reminding and supporting the daily work of the deputy general manager. Coordinate the sales manager to provide sales-related work support, coordinate the financial supervisor to release and arrange related recruitment and interviews, and coordinate the technical supervisor to provide some communication support. Ensure that the company's daily affairs are organized, orderly, and effective.
Job responsibilities: 1) Assist in the organization and coordination of the company's daily administrative affairs;
2) Responsible for updating the company's address book;
3) Assist the company's logistics management;
4) Assist in the printing, receiving and filing of administrative documents and materials;
5) Assist to coordinate the maintenance and management of automation equipment in the company's office environment;
6) Assist in the management of office supplies and consumables purchase, purchase, requisition, distribution, and records;
7) Assist in supervision and inspection of office area hygiene;
8) Assist in the registration and acquisition of company keys and access control cards;
9) Handling and follow-up of emergencies to protect the company's interests and the safety of employees;
10) Receiving or handling matters related to external relations departments from time to time (such as property, security, fire and other departments);
11) Responsible for submitting all raw data required for performance appraisal;
12) Assist the administrative department in the accounting and reimbursement of related expenses;
13) Responsible for the specific handling of employee entry and resignation procedures;
14) Manage and coordinate the schedule of the deputy general manager and other responsible persons, and coordinate with internal and external contacts as needed;
15) Arrange all meetings in accordance with the requirements or with the department heads and other responsible persons;
16) Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors.
Basic requirements: 1) College degree or above, good image quality, affinity, fluent standard in Mandarin, age 20-30, height above 1.60;
2) Work enthusiasm, meticulous and patient, with good communication skills, coordination skills, cheerful personality, enthusiasm for others, and a sense of active service;
3) Have good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, can bear hardships and stand hard work, have a sense of teamwork, and can withstand work pressure;
4) Familiar with administrative work process, proficient in using various office automation equipment, proficient in using relevant office software;
5) Have a strong sense of confidentiality, and properly manage highly confidential and sensitive business and personal information;
6) Strong execution and efficient time management ability;
7) Accept fresh graduates.
Other requirements: 1) C1 driver's license is preferred;
2) More than one year of relevant work experience is preferred;
3) Secretarial/Administration/Accounting/Legal majors are preferred;
Salary: Social insurances and housing fund, 14 months of salary, and annual growth rewards.
